Megaways Jack at Pots of Luck: Free & Real Play
Iron Dog Studio’s Megaways Jack builds a 117,649-way engine around a fairy-tale climb, swapping the usual scatter-only trigger for a dual-path system. You can chase four Magic Beans on reels two through five, or fill a beanstalk meter leaf by leaf through consecutive winning tumbles. Pots of Luck runs the title on its ProgressPlay platform with UKGC and MGA licensing, access to 90+ providers, and a £100 welcome match that applies to this slot at 50x wagering.

Game mechanics
Six reels spin with two to seven symbols each, generating between 64 and 117,649 ways left to right. Winning combinations vanish in tumbles, dropping new symbols from above. Each consecutive tumble lights one golden leaf on the beanstalk meter to the left of the grid. Eight leaves filled in a single spin sequence awards eight to twelve free spins, depending on how many tumbles it took to climb.
The Lady Harp appears as a static figure beside the reels and plucks strings at random. In the base game she can add up to four Golden Egg wilds to the current tumble, apply a multiplier of up to ×5 on the cascade win, advance the beanstalk meter by three leaves, or trigger a respin that keeps your meter progress intact. Magic Bean scatters on reels two, three, four and five offer the traditional route: land all four at once and the free spins trigger immediately, skipping the leaf-by-leaf climb.

Bonus features
When free spins trigger by either method, the game rolls four parameters before the first spin. Starting spin count is drawn from a fixed set: five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, twelve, fifteen or twenty. Starting multiplier ranges from ×1 to ×8. Lady Harp event frequency and the number of locked reels (those that stay at seven symbols high for the entire bonus) are also rolled once. Two triggers of the same feature can feel completely different.
Inside the round, the win multiplier increments by one on every winning tumble and never resets between spins. The Lady Harp can add up to three to that multiplier, award up to four extra spins, or place up to four additional wilds. Four consecutive tumbles inside the feature award two extra spins; each additional tumble in the same streak adds one more, capped at four from that run. The multiplier has no stated ceiling, only the 25,000x total-win cap as a practical limit.
🎯 Expert Tip: the beanstalk meter does not reset after a non-winning spin. Keep an eye on partial progress; landing a Magic Bean or Harp event can complete the climb even without a fresh tumble streak.
Design and atmosphere
The art leans cartoon-storybook, with 3D-rendered Jack, his mother, the giant, a goose and a cow as high-tier symbols. The beanstalk climbs up the left edge in golden leaves, and the Lady Harp stands beside it with a glissando accent whenever she plucks. The colour palette is village-green at the base, shifting to cloud-white and giant-castle stone in the bonus. Royal card symbols (10, J, Q, K, A) fill the low tier.
The Golden Egg wild substitutes everything except the Magic Bean scatter and does not appear on reel one. Scatters land only on reels two through five, never on the first or last reel. There is no top horizontal bonus reel, so the maximum 117,649 ways come purely from seven-symbol heights on all six vertical reels.
Payment methods
Pots of Luck accepts Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and cryptocurrency deposits. The lowest minimum is £10 via Paysafecard. All fiat withdrawals sit Pending for three business days before entering Processing. Cryptocurrency requests follow the same hold, though blockchain settlement is faster once approved. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus and most recurring promotions, so card or Paysafecard funding keeps bonus eligibility intact.
Test the beanstalk meter in demo mode, then use Pots of Luck login when you want the unlimited multiplier to matter. The 96.20% RTP in base play drops to 96.00–96.10% when you buy the feature, so the natural trigger is slightly better value over the long run.
